As a comfortable, quiet, well-equipped full-size sedan for Bahrain's highway commutes and causeway runs, the G80 does everything a 5 Series buyer actually uses day to day, for less money and with a warranty that removes most of the ownership anxiety. It is not the sharper-handling car of the class — that is still a BMW's job — but almost nobody cross-shopping this segment is choosing on handling alone.
