1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using motorssouq.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after the effective date of the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain (or a registered business operating in Bahrain) to create a listing or transact through the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and current.

3. The Marketplace, Not a Party to Transactions

motorssouq.com is a classifieds marketplace. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to any sale, lease, finance, or related agreement between users. We do not handle payment, delivery, registration transfer, or warranty claims. All transactions, including the inspection, negotiation, transfer of title, and exchange of payment, occur directly between buyer and seller.

4. Listing Standards

You may only list items you legally own or are authorised to sell. Each listing must accurately describe the make, model, year, condition, mileage, and any material defects. You must not:

• Post duplicate listings for the same item.
• Post stolen, encumbered, or non-transferrable vehicles or plates.
• Misrepresent ownership history, accident history, or odometer readings.
• Embed phone numbers in photos in an attempt to bypass platform messaging.
• Use the listing description for advertising of unrelated goods or services.

5. Moderation and Removal

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may remove or edit listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards, with or without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Fees

Listings for individuals are free for the first 30 days. Premium placement, dealer plans, and ancillary services (inspection booking, finance leads) are charged at the rates published on the Platform. All fees are quoted in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are subject to applicable VAT.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, or defame other users; (c) attempt to access another user's account without permission; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform; or (e) upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (logos, design, source code, photographic assets owned by us) is the property of motorssouq.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user, who grants us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the listings or any user-submitted content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, motorssouq.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manama, Bahrain.
