Service terms
Terms & Conditions – "Find me a car" Service
1. Scope of Service & Fulfillment:
The service is considered fully completed once the MotorsSouq team provides between 1 to a maximum of 3 vehicle options that match the core criteria specified in the customer's request (Make, Model, Year of Manufacture, and Budget).
2. Refund & Guarantee Policy:
Option Guarantee: If the team fails to provide at least one matching vehicle option that meets the requested specifications within the selected package duration (7, 14, or 30 days) from the date of request approval, the customer is entitled to a full refund (100%) of the service fee within a maximum of 30 business days.
Non-refundable Post-Fulfillment: Service fees are non-refundable once the available matching options (1 to 3 options) have been presented, regardless of whether the customer decides to purchase any of the options or not.
3. General Provisions:
MotorsSouq’s role is strictly limited to searching and sourcing vehicle offers matching the given criteria. MotorsSouq is not a party to the vehicle purchase agreement, nor is it responsible for the technical inspection of the vehicles unless an independent inspection service is requested.
