Ssangyong (now rebranded KGM after its 2022 sale to KG Group) has had patchy, on-and-off distribution in Bahrain built around the Korando, Tivoli and Rexton. The value proposition — a lot of space and equipment for the money — is real, but the brand's repeated ownership changes and inconsistent local support make it a buy for value-first shoppers, not brand-loyalty ones.
