Sell on Behalf (Agency Sale) Terms and Conditions By requesting the "Sell on Behalf" service, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the relationship between the vehicle owner (Client) and Motors Souq: Nature and Scope of Service 1. Motors Souq acts as an intermediary and marketer to facilitate the sale of the vehicle on behalf of the owner based on an official authorization from them. 2. The platform undertakes to display and market the vehicle via its website, social media channels, WhatsApp catalog, and official blog according to the selected package. Authorization and Reserve Price 1. The owner is obligated to set the minimum acceptable selling price (Reserve Price). The platform does not have the right to sell the vehicle for a lower price without prior written or electronic approval from the owner. 2. The owner grants Motors Souq the right to market and negotiate with serious buyers during the contract period specified in the package. Vehicle Condition and Pre-existing Defects 1. The owner is committed to full and transparent disclosure of all details, as well as mechanical, structural, or legal defects related to the vehicle before marketing commences. 2. Motors Souq bears no legal or financial liability toward the buyer for any pre-existing defects or damage in the vehicle that were not disclosed by the owner. Fees and Refund Policy 1. Package and Marketing Fees: The chosen advertising package fee is paid upon request submission; it is an administrative and marketing fee that is non-refundable once the ad is activated and the marketing campaign has started. 2. Selling Fees: The selling fees specified in the service details will be collected upon the successful completion of the sale and vehicle title transfer. Vehicle Inspection and Title Transfer 1. The owner agrees to make the vehicle available for inspection by serious buyers based on prior coordination with the Motors Souq team. 2. The owner is obligated to provide all official documents and proof of ownership for the vehicle to complete title transfer procedures and clear traffic transactions properly. Service Cancellation 1. The owner has the right to terminate the service and revoke authorization at any time prior to reaching a final agreement with a buyer, while the platform retains the pre-paid advertising and marketing package fees. Acknowledgment: By requesting the service and clicking (Confirm Order), the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth above.
